Warm Up: 45/15 x 3 – Jump Rope, Mountain Climbers, High Knee Jog

4 Rounds:

  • 25 Wallballs
  • 20 Squat Thrusts
  • 15 Nasties – each side
  • 10 Sumo High Pulls – HEAVY!

Finish: 6:00 ABS!

Work those abs!
