Warm Up: 20 Lunges each Leg, Run – Fire Dept.

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Renegade Rows
  • 60 Bicycles
  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 15 Good Mornings
  • Sprint 100 yds

Finish: 3 Rounds – 1:00 Sprawl Drill, :30 Plank
