Warm up: 100 Jumping Jacks, Run – Daycare

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Dumbbell Rows
  • 15 Rollup Toe Touches
  • 30 Kettlebell High Pulls

Finish: 20/10 x 6 Rounds of Chest Press Burnouts
