Warm Up: Burpee Ladder 1-10

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Ring Push Ups
  • 15 KB Rows – each side
  • 25 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 15 Squats
  • Run – 100 yards

Finish: 30 Prone Rows – Advanced with ball
