Boot Camp Workout for 04/08/11

Warm Up: 50 Jumping Jacks, 25 Pushups, Run – Fire Dept.

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Squat Thrusts
  • 10 Sets Lunge Curls
  • 10 Weighted Jump Squats
  • 10 V-Crunches
  • Run – 200 yards

Finish: 20 Pull Ups
