  • 10 Thrusters (HEAVY!)
  • 30 Leg Raises
  • 10 Sumo High Pulls
  • 15 Sets Nasties
  • 1:00 Jump Rope

Finish: 2:00 Hammer Tire

Advanced: Handstands & Handstand Pushups
