Warm Up: 20 Squat Thrusts, Run – HT

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 25 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 10 Knee Tuck Jumps
  • 10 Chest Presses
  • 5 Chin Ups

Finish: Run – HT
