Warm Up: 2:00/30 x 2 – Jump Rope, Skip Knees, Side Shuffle

5 Rounds:

  • Kettlebell Swings x 25
  • Shoulder Presses (HEAVY!) x 10
  • Side Knee Tuck Crunches x 20/ea
  • Slamballs x 20

Finish: Run – 1 mile

Advanced Work: Turkish Getups x 10 each side
