Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, Run – Park (Rain: 1:00/10 x 3 – Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks, Knee Tuck Jumps)

B = 3 Rounds, I = 4 Rounds, A = 5 Rounds

  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 100 Bicycles
  • 20 Sumo High Pulls
  • 10 Dips
  • 10 Pull Ups

Finish: Run – Park
