5 Rounds:

  • Seated Shoulder Presses x 10
  • Side Knee Tuck Crunches x 15/ea
  • Rear Lateral Raises x 10
  • Wallballs x 20

Finish: Ninja Hold

Advanced: Kettlebell Snatches x 5/ea x 3
