Warm Up: 40 Squat Thrusts, Run – Fire Dept.

4 Rounds:

  • Flies on the ball x 15
  • Crossover Toe Touch Crunches x 15/ea
  • Push Ups x 15
  • Reverse Rows x 15
  • Run – 100 yds

Finish: 30 Box Jumps
