  • Burpees B x 10,15,20  I x 15,20,25  A x 20,25,30
  • KB Swings x 20
  • KB Rows x 10/ea
  • Toe Touch Crunches x 20
  • Slam Balls x 10

Finish: Chest Press Burnout on Floor, A = Ring Row Burnout
