  • Squats x 15
  • Curl Presses x 10
  • Jumping Lunges x 10
  • Dips x 15
  • Full Sit Ups x 25
  • Jump Rope x Bx1:00, Ix2:00, Ax3:00

Finish: 30 Box Jumps & 1 Suicide
