Warm-up: 25 Burpees

4 rounds:

  • 12 Lunge curls (EACH LEG)
  • 60 Bicycles
  • 12 Front squats (WITH KETTLEBELL)
  • 24 Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Bunny hops

Finish: Sprints (NO RAIN), Wall Sit (RAIN)
