Warm-up: 25 Jump Squats, 50 Jumping Jacks, Run – Park

5 Rounds:

  • 15 Wall ball
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 10/10 Windmills
  • 20/20 Side knee tuck crunches
  • 50 Mtn. Climbers

Finish: 100 Indian Situps (Advanced use ABMAT)
