Warm up: 1:00/0:15 x 3 – Jumping Jacks, Squats, Walking Lunges

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 25 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 15 Bent Rows
  • 15 Slam Balls
  • 15 Reverse Rows
  • Finish: 0:30 each x 5 Rounds – High Knee Jog, Punch Presses
