Warm Up: 30/10 x 4 – Squat Thrusts, Jump Overs, High Knee Jog

5 Rounds:

  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 24 Leg Raises
  • 12 Box Jumps
  • 24 Kettlebell Swings – each hand

Finish: 20/20/20 – 0:30 Break – 3 Rounds – Split Squats, Split Squats, Jump Squats
