Boot Camp Workout for 01/28/11

Warm Up: Run – HT 3 Blocks (if it’s warm enough) and 50 Jumping Jacks, 25 Squat Thrusts x 2 (plus jog lane 2 times – 3 rounds – if it’s not warm enough)

Tabata – 20/10 – 8 x 8

  • Jump Squats
  • V – Crunches
  • Curl Lunges
  • Double Tricep Extensions
  • Split Squats
  • Weighted Crunches
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Nasty Crunches
