Boot Camp Workout for 01/24/11 – ‘Dirty Dozen’

Warm Up: Run (if it’s nice) and 25 squats, 50 pairs mountain climbers, 100 jumping jacks – (if it’s not nice do this warm up three times)

Circuit x

  • Chest Presses x 12
  • Good Mornings x 12
  • Jump Squats x 12
  • Oblique Twists x 12 pairs
  • Squat Thrusts x 12
  • Jump Rope x 120 seconds

Finish: Push Up Contest! Full, Box 1, 2, 3
