Boot Camp Workout for 01/19/11

Warm Up: ***If it’s warm enough run*** AND 30/10 x 2 of Squat Thrusts, Jump Squats, Jumping Jacks, (if too cold to run it’s x 3 and add jog the lane)

Circuit x 4

  • Side Lateral Raises x 10
  • Windshield Wipers x 10/ea
  • Front Lateral Raises x 10
  • Knee Tuck Crunches x 20
  • Windmills x 5/ea
  • Murderballs x 10

Finish: 3:00 abs
