Circuit x 4

  • Front Lateral Raise Squats B x 10  IA x 15
  • Toe Touch Crunches B x 15  IA x 20
  • Thrusters B x 10  IA x 15
  • Leg Raises B x 15  IA x 20
  • Slam Balls B x 15  IA x 20
  • Jog Lane B x 3  IA x 6

Finish: Wallballs  – B x 25  IA x 35
