Boot Camp Workout for 01-30-12

Warm Up: 45:15 x 3 – Walking Lunges, Mountain Climbers (only because so many of you loved doing them during warm up on Friday), Skip Knees

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 15 Flies on ball
  • 20 Prone Rows
  • 25 Knee Tuck Crunches
  • 30 Kettlebell High Pulls

Finish: 3:00 – 20/10 (6 Rounds) – Push Up COMPETITION*

*We will be monitoring your push ups, if they are not low enough to be counted we will put a ball under your chest to make sure you’re going low enough, competitions need to be fair and if you are cheating just to get a high number, in the end, you lose, because you’ve cheated yourself.
