Boot Camp Workout for 01-23-12

Warm up: 1:00/0:10 Alternating – Jump Rope, Squat Thrusts

5 Rounds:

  • 12 Burpees
  • 24 Oblique Twists
  • 12 Bent Rows
  • 18 Slamballs
  • Finish: 0:30 – alternating high knee jog & chest presses (yes we will put in a 5 second time to switch)
