Boot Camp Workout for 01-20-12

Warm Up: 20 Burpees, 100 Mountain Climbers

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Squats
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Good Mornings
  • 10 Chin Ups

Finish: Run – Park (if it’s not raining or freezing), Wall Sit (bad weather)
