Boot camp Workout for 01-09-2012

Warm Up: 30/10 x 4 – Jump Squats, Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 15 Flies on Ball
  • 10 Pull Ups

Finish: 40 Kettlebell High Pulls (Advanced do 20 Kettlebell Snatches each hand)
