Boot Camp Workout 9/5/11

We will be meeting at the gym at 8am!

Warm up: 20 seconds each: jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, rest, 4 rounds

4 Rounds:

  • 10 chest presses
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 25 suitcase crunches
  • 20 frog squats

Finish: Burpees! 20 – beginner, 30 – advanced, 50 – warrior
