Warm-up: movement; 2:00/:30, x2 circle drill

4 Rounds:

  • 10 rock star plate raises
  • 30 suitcase crunches, Advanced – 10 knees to elbow
  • 10 front/side supersets
  • 60 oblique twists
  • 15 knee tuck jumps

Finish: :20/:10, x4: Kettlebell swings, toe touch crunches
