Warm-up: Movement; 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 push-ups

6 Rounds:

  • 10 barbell deadlifts
  • 15 skull crushers
  • 20 slam balls
  • 25 kettlebell swings

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x5: jumping lunges, high knee jog, burpees
