4 rounds:

  • 12 Dumb bell shoulder press
  • 12 One leg toe touches (each)
  • 12 Bent rear lateral raise
  • 12 leg raises
  • 96 Mtn. Climbers

Finish: 30/30, x5: jumping jacks, bicycles
