Warm Up: 30/10 x 3 – Jumping Jacks, Squat Thrusts, High Knee Jog

5 Rounds:

  • 12 Push Ups
  • 12 Bent Rows
  • 24 Toe Touch Sit-Ups
  • 12 Reverse Rows
  • 12  Slam balls
