Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, 20 Lunges each leg, 20 Squat Thrusts

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 30 Oblique Twists
  • 10 Windmills – each arm
  • 10 Bunny Hops

Finish: Partner Leg Throws – Beginners 5 x 5, Advanced 10 x 5
