Boot camp & warrior workouts for 6-25-2014

Boot camp:

Warm up: 500 yard run (rain 4x 25 JJ & 25 plank jacks)

Intervals!

30/15 each x 6 rounds

BB thrusters (going light to keep moving!)
KB snatches (switch hand each round)
Slam thrusts
10 half burpees + 1 mule kick

Finish: (your choice) BB clean from the floor for rest of class time…or…100 ABMAT sit-ups

Warrior:

WU: 500 yards or 3:00 jump rope if rainy

Strength: split jerk 10:00

Intervals:

Thrusters
KB snatches
HSPU (focus is to stay in hand stand for whole round)
GH sit-ups
