8 rounds strength:

5 DB chest press on floor (warrior: decline bench)
5 BB row
10 decline push ups (warrior: triple box)
10 ring rows (warrior: box negatives)

Finish: 30/30/3@ x 10 sets – squat thrust/Kettlebell high pull/rest
