Warm up: 20 squats and 40 mountain climbers

Stretching: down dog, cobra, cat and cow

Endurance! One round…but it isn’t going to be 7:00 like the last one rounder…

500 yards jog

25 burpees
25/25 Kettlebell swings
25 chest press
25/25 KB swings
25 burpees
500 yards row
500 yards jog

Anyone does this workout in less than 10:00 wins $50! Haha!
