Boot camp & warrior workout for 5-14-2014

Again all workout times are open to everyone.

Warm up: 100 jumping jacks

Mobility: 0:30 each x 3 rounds – look at my hands stretch on rings, weighted shoulder circles, pipe pass back

Strength: bb jerk press 3×5 – go big or go home!

15:00 AMRAP:
10 OH plate lunge
5 plate raise
5 12 to 6 sit-ups with plate
(Warriors add 10 double unders)
