Boot camp & Warrior workout for 2-7-2014

Warm up: 20 squats, 10 burpees

10 Rounds:

  • 5 deadlifts
  • 5 chin ups
  • 5 box jumps
  • 5 skull crushers
  • 10 Kettlebell swings

Finish: 1,000 meter row, warrior 2,000 meters
