Boot Camp Homework for Tuesday

In the morning do 100 crunches with your legs up and your knees bent.

In the afternoon find some stairs and do 15 minutes of stair work up and down. Try and go quickly the last five minutes and very quick the last minute.

Later on walk/jog one mile.
