Since most of you are running races today, that is what your homework is! For all of you! I want you all to run for time or distance. If you can’t run far then run for time, 20:00 if you can. If running for 20:00 isn’t that bad I want you to run for distance, 2.5 miles. If you are running for time and can’t make a full 20:00 yet, run for what you can then walk, but try to time your walk and only go for 30 second or 1 minute at the most and then try to get back to running. And by running I mean at a reasonable pace, suicide pace is not necessary here.
