You had a tough leg workout yesterday and your legs have a lot of lactic acid building up in your muscles, that’s what makes you sore. The best way to get rid of acid build up from a tough workout is aerobic work…so go run!

Try to get out for 30 minutes. If you have to walk a little its ok but try your hardest to go as long as you can.
