Do something you haven’t done before or haven’t done in a long time for exercise. Go for a bike ride, go hiking, go to the Whitewater center and do some rock climbing, go swimming, come to our Power Yoga class, go play paintball. Make a day out of it, plan on being gone for a couple hours at the very least and take water with you and something healthy to eat like apple slices and natural peanut butter or some trailmix. Have fun!
