Ok, time to work off that big dinner if you weren’t able to get your ass in to Boot Camp on Friday.

  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 Squat Thrusts
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 50 Sit ups
  • 25 squats
  • Run 15:00
