Boot Camp Homework for 9/6/11

Well, it’s either very wet outside or still raining, so no running for today.

4 Rounds:

  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • 25 Leg Raises
  • 15 Skull Crushers (most of you have weights at home or just find something you can use for overhead tricep presses)
  • 0:30 Squat Thrusts
