ARGH! I keep posting the homework late, sorry kids! If I ever post homework late and you need a workout just go through some of the back homeworks and pick one to do.
For today:
I want you to run some hills or stairs. If you’re indoors on a treadmill put it on the hill interval program. But find some hills or stairs to run, 20:00!
When done, walk for 5:00 then do 20 walking lunges each leg.
