Warm Up: 3:00 Jump Rope (or fake jump rope or boxing style bounce backs)
- 20 Jump Squats
- 20 Toe Touch Crunches
- 20 Dips (using the chair)
- :30 High Knee Jog
If it is nice out and not raining or way too hot, go run for just 8:00.
