Boot Camp Homework for 6/14/11

Small chance of rain today so this one and probably the rest of this week’s homework will be for indoor workouts. You will need a chair for this one.

Warm Up: 3:00 Jump Rope (or fake jump rope or boxing style bounce backs)

4 Rounds:

  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 20 Dips (using the chair)
  • :30 High Knee Jog

If it is nice out and not raining or way too hot, go run for just 8:00.
