Boot Camp Workout for 6-29-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 25 squat thrusts, run -HT, beginner 2 blocks, advanced 3 blocks

4 Rounds:

  • 15 jump squats – Adanved – weighted
  • 15 dumbbell deadlifts
  • 15 skull crushers
  • 60 bicycles
  • 15 slam balls

Finish: 25 box jumps
