  • 10 Sets of Lunges
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 20 Squat Thrusts (If you were not in the park BC workout yesterday, or if you wanna do extra)

Finish: Run 1 mile
