Boot Camp Homework for 5-29-2013

Warm-up: movement; 20 jumping jacks, run 300 yards

5 Rounds:

  • 10 curl & press
  • 30 knee tuck crunches
  • 10 plate circles
  • 30 90° crunches (knees up and bent at 90°)
  • run 100 yards

Finish: 20/10, x4: high knee jog, nasties, hip thrusts
