Boot Camp Homework for 2-9-2013

If it’s nice out, go for a little run, 2-4 miles.

Upon return: plank drill! Get that core tight! See how many rounds you can go

Set a timer, 20/10:
High plank
Side plank
Side plank
Low plank
Low side plank
Low side plank

Remember to keep your butt down, back flat on regular plank, weight over your shoulders, over your hands. On side plank, push those hips towards the ceiling!
