Find a hill, find some stairs!
If you don’t have a hill or you don’t have any large staircases or stairwells, or you don’t want to disturb the homeless dude in the parking garage stairwell while he’s trying to sleep, then pick a route to run on that has a lot of elevation change.
If you have a big hill or big stairs, do laps for 15:00
End with a set of 50 bicycles, 25 leg raises and 25 crunches.
If you are just running on a route that has a lot of elevation change, run for 20:00 and then finish with the same ab workout and then 30 squats.
