Boot Camp Homework for 03/05/11

3 Rounds:

  • 25 Jump Squats
  • Exploding Clap Push Ups x 10 (If you can’t do these on the floor, move to a table or a countertop or something elevated that is stable but puts you at an angle, explode out of your push ups and clap your hands and go back down for your next push up…you CAN do this!)
  • 25 Crunches
